Originally introduced in 1976 as adidas' lightest tennis shoe, the Forest Hills model has been revitalized by Brain Dead with a bold, textural approach that challenges traditional tennis aesthetics.

This collaboration features four distinct colorways, each crafted with premium shaggy suede uppers that add depth and character. Each pair is adorned with gold "Brain Dead" branding on the midfoot, co-branded logos on the tongue, heel, and insole, and features a unique shaggy suede covering even the traditionally rubber toe cap.
