Saucony Original launched its "Originators Only" campaign which brought together some of the most successful digital influencers in the sneaker community. The idea behind the campaign was to not only learn from these influencers, but also give them an opportunity to create their own vision. Each influencer was able to tour the Saucony HQ, meet the people behind the Saucony brand, and create their own Saucony collaboration. Saucony wanted to bridge the gap between influencers and the brand, which at times, is non-existent. Saucony wanted to understand how influencers think and how their opinions and tastes could be incorporated into the Saucony brand.
Below you'll be able to preview each influencer's Saucony collaboration. Influencers were able to design their own Saucony colorway and were able to choose either a GRID SD, GRID 9000, or Jazz silhouette. Each influencer has full control on choosing any fabric, material, concept, and accents they desired. The "Originators Only" 2017 Collection will debut in two releases. Drop 1 will release on August 11th, 2017 and Drop 2 will release on August 25th, 2017. The sneakers will be limited to only 100 pairs each colorway and will retail at $120. They will be exclusively available on Saucony.com
