The Air Jordan "Moments" series kicked off with classic models in awesome combinations of colors. The collection has continued to bring the heat with two-pack sets and this year will be no different. The latest duo pairs the kicks MJ wore during his last NBA championship run and they are back in dramatic fashion.
The Air Jordan 13 and 14 are covered in the subtle yet brilliant combination of white/gold and black/gold respectively. The makeups take us back to not only the days of The GOAT winning championships but also the days of when a sneaker pack was unheard of, that is until the original "DMP" set dropped. The Jordan 13 comes draped in a white and gold makeup that is eye catching but offset by subtle touches of red on the branding and the outsole. A '98 also replaces the 23 on the shoe's signature hologram, while two inner tongue tags provide all the proof one would need to confirm Michael Jordan's on court dominance.
The Jordan 14 comes in a buttery all black leather makeup that is simply majestic. The black on black colorway is broken up by shiny gold on the midsole shank and branding. The heel branding also gets an update as a '98 replaces the usual 23, giving this shoe a bunch of great details of its own. The Jordan 14 was MJ's last shoe as a member of the Chicago Bulls and it is the shoe that completes this 2-pack.
The pack is set to release tomorrow (Wednesdays were the original JB launch day) at finer Jordan Brand retailers such as Philadelphia's own VILLA.
