It appears DC rapper Wale has another ASCIS collaboration dropping very soon. Following Wale's appearance on The Breakfast Club, he posted an early preview of his upcoming ASICS Gel Lyte III. Inspired by WWE Intercontinental Championship, the sneaker features a metallic gold upper with black accents on the underlays. Light blue accents highlight the outsole, sock liner, and speckles on the black midsole.
Update July 7th, 2016: Another look at the upcoming collab surfaces. The sneaker is dubbed the RuVilla x Wale x ASICS Gel Lyte III "Intercontinental Champion". The upcoming collab will release exclusively at RuVilla.com and select locations on July 21st, 2016
