Confirmed by SneakerNews, the Adidas Yeezy 350 Boost "Pirate Black" will restock later this month in double the inventory as the previous release! Originally released back in August of 2015, the "Pirate Black" Yeezy 350 will return on February 19th, 2016 and according to Adidas it will be restocked in "Double the amount" of pairs in comparison to the first release.
No additional information was announced but stay tuned with SneakerShouts as more info unfolds.

Update: Yeezy Talk World Wide claims the "Pirate Blacks" won't be restocking and instead will be an entirely new Black Yeezy 350 Boost colorway. The plot thickens.
