LA/Seattle based BAIT has been putting out great collaborations for as long as they've been around. Now in celebration of their third anniversary, they are bringing back the G.I Joe theme but this time the ninjas of the respective sides are taking center stage. BAIT has teamed with Hasbro and New Balance to bring the MT580 in sneaker depictions of Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. Both are comprised of black/red and white/red colors respectively and true to BAIT's calling card, the attention to detail is in abundance. The Snake Eyes portion of the pack features black suede mixed with hits of ripstop nylon and a bit of red contrast stitching and red rollbar. The Storm Shadow half features an all off-white suede upper that mixes in a red/white gradient midsole, a milky translucent roll bar and a matching translucent outsole that features a graphic underlay on it. Both include graphic insoles and inner liners. The ninja's Arashikage Clan symbol is prominently placed on both pairs, making sure that any G.I Joe fan knows the deal.
