Sneaker Politics, one of the most respectable sneaker shops have linked up with New Balance on a pair of NB 999. The teaser photos revealed an amazing combination of deep navy, red, and rich brown tones. It also revealed thick flat shoe laces with red-dipped tips.
Update: A photo of the entire sneaker has been revealed by an overseas source. Although blurry the photo revealed a patterned tongue, a deep navy perforated suede toe box, a brown inner liner, and hints of brown and red throughout the sneaker.
Sneaker Politics responded by saying the "leaked" photo was of an earlier version of the sneaker and indeed has changed. It will be interesting to see when the official unveil hits the internet!
