While the big news earlier in the day had to do with a certain bearded player out in Houston, the Swoosh continues to prove why they are the top dog in the game. They have now publicly shared the news that they have signed this year's first and second overall picks, Karl Anthony Towns and D'Angelo Russell. This marks what is probably only the beginning as Nike has been known to grab some of the best young talent out there and nurture relationships that end up lasting a very long time. Expect a few more of this year's crop to sign pretty soon as well.
