The Minneapolis based shop, Familia Skate Shop, is set to release a special Nike SB in honor of their 10 year anniversary. The Familia Skate Shop x Nike SB Dunk High “BlueOx” is scheduled to release later this month, and just like most SBs, this rendition comes with an interesting inspiration.

The infamous Giant Lumberjack, Paul Bunyan, is this sneaker's inspiration. Since Familia Skate Shop is based out of Minnesota, this comes as no surprise. The sneaker's upper is predominantly covered in a textured blue suede with a yellow ox-horned-swoosh as a nod to Babe The Blue Ox (Paul's trusty companion). White on the toe box match the laces, while an ox and cross ~~bones~~ logo towards the heel further the theme. Also equipped with a red flannel inner lining, Paul's life is captured perfectly with this Nike SB.
