Earlier this year, New York boutique Extra Butter empowered their social media followers to decide on an original concept and choose the silhouette for the retailer's next Saucony collab. Inspired by "A nite at the Drive-In" Extra Butter revealed the final product of the upcoming project. At first, Extra Butter showcased one sample that featured a metallic blue upper with perforated suede while the other sample had a more subtle look with nubuck pairs with perforated suede. Extra Butter branding is found on the tongue and heel tab. The retailer posted the first look on Periscope and encourage their followers to give feedback, announcing there will be a few changes made.
Update: It appears Extra Butter toned down the metallic detailing, but didn't get rid of it completely. They will reveal the next sample soon, stay tuned with SneakerShouts as more info and photos surface.
