One of TheShoeGame's followers ran into an issue while running in his 350 Boosts, a sneaker that Kanye West claims can withstand intense physical activity. Above, you can see a photo where the upper was partially separated from the sole on a pair of Adidas Yeezy 350 "Pirate Black", which isn't suppose to occur on a brand new pair of sneakers!
Twitter user @aaronmescudi tweeted out the photo and also followed up with another tweet saying that Adidas customer service wouldn't replace the pair, they would only refund him on his purchase. Which is pretty understandable, Adidas wouldn't be able to replace a product that has sold out, but at least he was offered a refund on his purchase and hopefully will receive it.
@TheShoeGame @adidasoriginals I got hung up on 3 times. & when i spoke to someone I cant get a replacement pair. Only my money back 😢
