The Supreme x Air Jordan 5 collection could be dropping as early as next week! A Nike support customer rep may have given out the release info after being contacting by a few customers.
It appears the Nike online release for the Supreme x Air Jordan 5 will be on October 15th, 2015. Which just "happens" to be a Thursday.
