The adidas D Lillard 1 was by all accounts, a runaway success. Enough colorways and stories were created to allow the sneaker world to trace back a huge chunk of Damian Lillard's life before the NBA as well as his current days in the Association. Lillard and adidas have now followed that up with another shoe that will look to continue that success while riding the wave of one of the hottest ballers on the planet (just check his stats this season, MONSTER!). The look of the shoe doesn't stray much from the greatness of the original while taking on a bit of a higher profile/cut, perhaps making this an ideal shoe for ballers who are quick and light on their feet but have a dynamic and explosive game to match.
We see what looks to be a sweet "Home" colorway in white/off white/black/red and the technical details seem endless. Breathable mesh on the inside of the foot, two piece inner bootie construction and the beloved gum sole make for a great looking shoe. While we don't see any visible adidas Boost tech, we are sure that the wearer will have enough cushioning to soften the landing.
